Glenn began his career with Emhart Corporation in 1983 and went on to become the Russwin and Corbin representative in San Francisco, CA, the home of  Schlage Lock Company.  This experience provided valuable insight into his future business plans which culminated in founding AMA in 1989. Glenn is responsible for strategic planning, business development, marketing, and sales in south Florida.

Jack began his career with Emhart Corporation in 1982 in the pacific northwest as the Seattle, WA, territory manager for Corbin Architectural Hardware.  After being transferred to Florida with the Corbin division, Jack co-founded AMA with Glenn in 1989.  Jack currently is responsible for operations and finance, along with specifications and sales in central and north Florida.

Naomi is our Most Valuable Person.  As office manager of AMA, her greatest responsibility is acting as a liaison between  customers, manufacturers and our sales personnel.  You can also call her customer service representative, secretary, bookkeeper, catalog and trade show coordinator, order expediter, shipping and receiving manager, accounts receivables and payables manager etc.  If you have spoken
with her on the phone, you will appreciate her dynamic personality.  Naomi has been servicing AMA's customers
since 1994.

Jim's specialty is in preparing specifications, hardware schedules and consulting for leading architectural firms throughout Florida.  Jim joined us from the Best Lock Corporation, began his career with the Russwin Division of Emhart Corporation in 1970, and also polished his skills while working for divisions of Ingersoll-Rand Corporation; including Von Duprin exit devices.   Jim's 35+ years of industry experience includes teaching access control electronic hardware and key system classes to our industry members.
